PROCESS
Initial site meeting and structural evaluation to establish preliminary approach and rough budget.
Upon approval of desired direction, consultations and coordination of architecture and engineering services.
Upon completion of a preliminary design, budget and schedule is presented to the owner for approval.
Final plans are designed, submitted and if needed expedited with the building department to obtain appropriate permits.
Once the permit is issued construction begins and is executed per agreed schedule.
Final city and special inspections, permit completion.
